Store Use

Products, Pricing, and Availability
OHVANI may update products, prices, descriptions, images, sizes, release dates, and availability at any time. Limited releases may sell out and adding an item to cart does not reserve it.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. OHVANI may cancel or limit orders due to inventory errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, purchase limit violations, or policy abuse.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of fulfillment volume, carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, preorders, or events outside OHVANI's control.
Returns and Refunds

Brand Partner Applications
Submitting a brand partner application does not create employment, agency, sponsorship, partnership, payment rights, approval, or collaboration. Official partner emails only come from partners@ohvani.com.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting messages, applications, photos, reviews, ideas, or feedback, you confirm you have the right to submit it and grant OHVANI permission to review and use it for the purpose connected to your submission. Submitting an idea does not create compensation or ownership rights unless a separate written agreement exists.
Intellectual Property
OHVANI names, logos, designs, product names, photos, graphics, website layout, written content, collection names, visual identity, and related materials belong to OHVANI, ATELIER Group, or licensors. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use OHVANI brand assets without written permission.
Third-Party Services
OHVANI may use Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email tools, analytics tools, marketing platforms, review apps, form apps, and fraud prevention tools. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Fraud, Chargebacks, and Return Abuse
OHVANI may review orders, returns, claims, accounts, and applications for fraud prevention. False chargebacks, substituted returns, fake damage claims, tag tampering, and excessive return abuse may result in refusal of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OHVANI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to website use, purchases, delays, third-party services, order cancellation, return denial, or inability to access the store.
Governing Law and Disputes
