Return Windows
OHVANI uses two return windows. The delivery condition window is 5 calendar days from the time the carrier marks the package as delivered. The standard return window is 14 calendar days from delivery.
Delivery Condition Window: 5 Days
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, stained, torn, opened, tampered with, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, contact refunds@ohvani.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number, full name, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Standard Return Window: 14 Days
If your item was delivered correctly but you want to return it because of fit, feel, sizing, style preference, or change of mind, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Approved standard returns requested within the first 5 calendar days may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Approved standard returns requested from day 6 through day 14 may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the return is due to an OHVANI error, incorrect item, damaged item, or verified defect.
Return Condition
Customers may try on an item indoors for fit and comfort. Items must not be worn for extended use, worn outside, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed, or used for events, photoshoots, content creation, or daily wear before return.
OHVANI Garment Tags
All OHVANI garments include brand tags, labels, or garment identification details. Returns may be refused if the OHVANI garment tag is missing, removed, altered, damaged, replaced, or if the returned item does not match the original order.
Final Sale, Custom, and Made-to-Order
Final sale, custom, made-to-order, gift card, clearance, and special collaboration items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Return Abuse and Fraud Prevention
OHVANI may refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders if return abuse, substitution, counterfeit activity, false damage claims, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
