Processing Time

Orders are processed before shipment. Processing timelines may vary depending on inventory, order volume, limited releases, preorders, made-to-order pieces, and quality checks.

Shipping Time

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather, holidays, and incorrect addresses may cause delays.

United States Orders

Most operations begin in the United States. U.S. shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout where available.

Korean and International Orders

OHVANI is built with Korean-American direction and may support Korean and international customers. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and other charges required by their country.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information. OHVANI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received, contact the carrier first. OHVANI may assist where possible but is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier unless required by law.
